What can you expect from your first visit?

Within this site you may print off all of your patient forms and fill them out before you come to the office (see Patient Forms).  The doctor will carefully review your health history and perform a thourough examination to assess your areas of concern.  In most cases, Dr. Kemp will take spinal x-rays to make an accurate diagnosis of your condition. After your exam and x-rays, we will make an appointment for a Report of Findings.  At that time, Dr. Kemp will discuss his findings and recommend treatment.
